Avoid the crowds in the city by taking the subway early on a Sunday morning to see all the Christmas Decorations.

Reach Rockfeller Center before most of the tourists, and behold the 24 meter high and marvelously sparkling Christmas Tree, while the children enjoy on the Skating Rink – unfortunately dogs are not allowed!

Then warm up downstairs in the Rockefeller Center Plaza, where Blue Bottle Coffee has one of the yummiest hot chocolates in town, and get in the spirit of holidays with over-the-top Chirstmas decorations and Christmas songs playing on every block.

Finally, reach Dyker Heights, Brooklyn: some say that the Christmas Lights from there can be seen from outer space: the holiday season would be incomplete without a visit to the “King of Christmas Lights”!
