1. Can I still place an order?

Yes, TODS.COM continues to accept orders.

2. HOW DO I CHANGE THE SIZE OF AN ITEM?

1.  To return or exchange an item go to My Account or enter your order number and the email address you used to make the order on our website;

2.  Each item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, and placed in its original box or in a similar, suitable box;

3.  Stick the pre-paid return label, which will be sent to you via email, on the original box, making sure to cover the original shipping details;

4.  Contact UPS drop your package off at your nearest UPS Access Point. A courier will come and collect your package.

 Once the quality of the returned item is verified, we will proceed with the shipment of the item in the selected size. We will send you a new confirmation email containing a link to track your order.

3 HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

4. What is the shipment duration?

Our warehouse staff is in compliance with the Italian legislative decree, and is taking the appropriate and necessary safety measures; therefore, the shipment of your order may take 2-3 days longer.

 

As usual, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking link that will let you know when the order will be delivered.

 

Payments will be charged at the time of shipment.
