When you place your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a link for you to track the delivery status. You can also track the shipment from your account or by entering your purchase email and order number on the tracking page.

In case of cancellation of an order you will receive an email with all the details of the cancellation. The amount secured on your credit card will be unblocked. If you wish to know more about this, please contact our Customer Service.

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on either the "Follow my order" button in the shipping confirmation email or the link in the delivery confirmation email. You will be redirected to the tracking page of the courier delivering your order.

Our products are allocated to different warehouses. In case your order contains items available in different warehouses, separate shipments are made. Please check your e-mail box: tracking information will be sent to you with a second e-mail confirming shipment.
