


You can return or change the size of your purchased product in one of the Tod’s boutiques within 14 days of delivery. Check the dedicated page to find the nearest store where this service is available.
Place the products you would like to return in the original box. Check that items are complete with their packaging and accessories and that all labels are intact and take them to the store. Boutique staff will check the return and give you a confirmation document. We recommend that you keep this document. Upon completion of the return process, you will receive a confirmation email and reimbursement will be made to the payment method used for the online purchase once the items have been returned to the warehouse. Your invoice is required for any exchanges or returns and may be presented in paper or digital form. We would like to remind you that your invoice is attached to the email confirming the order shipment.
