Delivery of the Products purchased on the Site is possible to the following country/region: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Polland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary and United States for the delivery address entered by the User in the order form. However, delivery can only be carried out within the borders of the State associated with the "country/region of Purchase " the User is browsing from at the beginning of the purchasing process when clicking on the "Add to basket" button (e.g.: if the User is browsing from the "country/region of Purchase" Italy at the moment of adding a given product to the cart, said product can only be shipped to Italy).

The User is therefore constrained to enter in the order form a delivery address which is located within the borders of the State associated with the country/region of Purchase. Orders that indicating a foreign address shall be cancelled pursuant to and in accordance with article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and the Total Due Amount shall be refunded, if already paid, using the procedures and, if applicable, within the terms indicated in the article 5.4. Delivery is not possible to Channel Islands nor to P.O. Boxes or poste restante. If the delivery address is a P.O. box, or is located in one of the country/region we do not ship to, WWW.TODS.COM shall rescind the contract pursuant to and in accordance with article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and refund the Total Due Amount, if already paid, using the procedures and within the terms indicated in the article 5.4. Please refer to articles 5.7 and 5.8 of General Terms of Sale for delivery terms related to pre- and back-orders (as defined in the General Terms of Sale).
