Creative Director
Matteo Tamburini
Matteo Tamburini was born on November 8, 1982, in Pesaro, in the Marche region of Italy.
His proximity and frequent visits to the family's theatrical costume atelier immediately sparked his interest in figurative arts and design, but also in music and cinema; all these passions naturally led him to an artistic curriculum and academic path.
His experience in the fashion world began in 2005, thanks to many collaborations with different entities in the industry. In 2011, his meeting and collaboration with Marco Zanini - first at Rochas in Milan and then at Schiaparelli in Paris - represented the most formative moment for his approach to the designing and realisation of women's collections. In 2015, he returned to Florence, Italy to work on the Ready-to-Wear and Accessories collections for Emilio Pucci. In 2017, he joined Bottega Veneta in Milan, serving as Head Designer for leather garments, outerwear, and men's and women's tailoring.
In 2023, he was appointed Creative Director of Tod's men's and women's collections.
