• Express Delivery, which costs: 82 SAR and takes between 2-3 working days

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Using the tracking number sent to you upon dispatch, you can check the expected delivery date and see any updates regarding the status of the shipment.

At tods.com, we accept all common payment methods and guarantee that transactions are totally safe and secure:

• Credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Card, Cart Bleue, Discover, Maestro and Visa Electron, and prepaid cards. The total amount to be paid will be debited from the debit/credit card upon dispatch of the order
• Sofort: purchasing via bank transfer. Your account will be debited when the order is finalised.

We currently do not accept payment by cheque or payments in instalments.

We hope that you like all the products you receive but if you want to return any, you can do so within 14 days by following this very easy process:

• 1.Enter the email address used when purchasing and the order number on the return request form, and follow the return process
• 2.Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were received, and put them in their original box or an equally sturdy one
• 3.Print the pre-paid label attached to the email received upon completion of the return process and attach it to the box. Please ensure that the old label is completely covered.
• 4.Contact UPS on 92000-2555 or drop your package off at your nearest UPS Access Point.

When the product has been returned to the warehouse and checked over by our staff, the total amount will be refunded via the payment method you chose to make the purchase.

All our products can be returned free of charge by complying with the following conditions:

• A return must be requested within 14 days of the order being delivered;
• The products being returned must be given to the courier within 14 days of the return request notification being sent to the Customer Service team;
• A return can only be sent from the country in which the products were delivered;
• When returning online, you can only return products purchased at tods.com. We cannot accept products purchased in store.
• In the event that you wish to return products from a multiple order, no delivery costs will be refunded unless you return the whole order.
• You cannot return a customised product

You must send the products back within 14 days of the date on which you submitted the return request online.
If you wish to return a gift, you should contact the person who sent it to you or, if you prefer, the Customer Service team.

Refunds will be made after the products have been returned to the warehouse and quality checks have been passed. These checks may take around 3/4 working after the products arrive.
Once the return has been verified and accepted, a refund will be issued as soon as possible via the payment method used when purchasing and in the same currency.
You should be able to see the amount credited to your account within a week or so of us issuing the refund, depending on the time required by banking procedures.
