Tod's reserves the right not to accept orders in the event that the requested customisation results in a potential breach of trademarks or other intellectual property rights, or if it may be offensive or discriminatory and/or contrary to the normal sense of decency. If Tod's cancels an order for the above reasons and payment has already been charged, Tod's will refund the price paid on the same means of payment used.
