Our Customer Service Team is available to complete your order by telephone: call us on freephone: 0800 123 720 from 8am - 5pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Once you have selected the item(s) that you would like to purchase, we will ask you for a delivery address and payment information to confirm the order. We guarantee complete protection of any personal information that you give us during the payment process. You will receive an order confirmation email, detailing items purchased, as soon the process is complete.
2. Is it possible to personalise Tod's Products?
TOD'S offers its clients an exclusive personalization service for the iconic Gommino, which can be requested online or in your nearest Boutique.
Your Custom Made Gommino Item(s) will be ready for shipping in 8 weeks from the date of your order (or within 12 weeks in the event that precious leathers are to be used).
We'd like to remind you that Custom Made products are excluded from Right to Withdrawal/ Exchange contracts due to item(s) being specially created or tailored to fit individuals. In any case where a client has purchased a Custom Made Product then they will be unable to exercise their Right to Withdrawal/Exchange in relation to this product(s).
3. Is there a way to check the availability of a product in store?
The service, "discover online & find it in store" allows clients to verify the availability of items as seen online through our TOD'S Boutiques. Select the desired item and size and choose your nearest Boutique from our Store List in order to verify its availability.
