Creative Director
Matteo Tamburini
Matteo Tamburini was born on November 8, 1982, in Pesaro, in the Marche region of Italy.
His proximity and frequent visits to the family's theatrical costume atelier immediately sparked his interest in figurative art and design, but also in music and cinema. All these passions naturally led him to pursue an artistic curriculum.
His experience in the fashion world began in 2005, thanks to many collaborations with different entities in the industry. In 2011, his meeting and collaboration with Marco Zanini – first at Rochas in Milan and then at Schiaparelli in Paris – represented the most formative moment when it comes to his approach to the creation and production of women's collections. In 2015, he returned to Florence, Italy, to work on the Ready-to-Wear and Accessories collections for Emilio Pucci. In 2017, he joined Bottega Veneta in Milan, serving as Head Designer for leather garments, outerwear, and men's and women's tailoring.
In 2023, he was appointed Creative Director of Tod's men's and women's collections.
