COVID-19 FAQs

1. Can I still place an order?

Yes, TODS.COM continues to accept orders.

Shipments are temporarily suspended and are expected to resume on April 3rd, unless there will be changes to the current shelter-in-place mandate issued by the government.

Payments will be charged at the time of shipment. 

2. How can I make a return?

The allowable online-retun period has been extended to 30 days for all orders placed by April 4th.

Our warehouse is currently closed and we kindly ask you to wait for it to reopen in order to complete the return and refund process. However, in case you have already started the return procedure, please contact us for more information.

3. How can I make an exchange?

The allowable online-exchange period has been extended to 30 days for all orders placed by April 4th.

Contact the Customer Service to check the availability of the desired exchange product and to request a reservation.

Our warehouse is currently closed and we kindly ask you to wait for it to reopen in order to complete the exchange process.

However, in case you have already started the exchange procedure, please contact us for more information.

4. What is the shipment duration?

Following the legislative provisions, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from April 3rd onwards, unless there will be changes to the current shelter-in-place mandate issued by the government.

Payments will be charged at the time of shipment.
